What this service is
brightsocialstudio.com is an editorial guide to eighteen hotels, written and published for general information. It is a reading of ground and buildings, and nothing more than that. Using the site means accepting the terms set out on this page.
Not a travel agency
We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking service. We do not take reservations, hold rooms, check availability, forward enquiries to hotels, or handle payment of any kind. Any arrangement you make is made directly with the hotel or with a provider of your choosing.
How the boundary descriptions should be read
Descriptions of where a hotel ends are written from published material in our own words. They are not surveys, not statements about land ownership or land rights, and not guidance about where any person may stand, walk or enter. They must not be relied on for any decision about access to land.
No warranty of currency
Places change and published material ages. We give no warranty that anything on this site is complete, accurate or current at the moment you read it. We do not publish opening hours, seasons of operation, timetables or availability, and nothing here should be used in place of information from the hotel itself.
Not advice
Nothing on this site is advice to purchase, book, travel or make any other decision. Any use you make of the material is at your own discretion.

We correct factual errors free of charge and without conditions. A hotel is welcome to send a correction about its own ground, and we will read it and amend the entry where the point is sound. We do not accept payment, hospitality or any other consideration in exchange for a change.
